Sarah Brown is a Somatic Practitioner trained in a number of effective therapies. Her credentials include LMT (NY Licensed Massage Therapist), SEP (Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner), Certified Rosen Method Bodywork Practitioner / Rosen Movement Teacher, and Third-Degree Reiki Practitioner, Certified Infant Massage Instructor.

She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and has been practicing in the Rochester area since 1983.

Sarah works in a gentle, intuitive way to bring about deep relaxation through the release of chronic tension and patterns of physical and emotional holding. She has studied many healing modalities over the years including various styles of Massage Therapy, Rosen Method Bodywork, and Reiki and Energy Work. Sessions are tailored to the specific needs of each client and may consist of just one modality or an interweaving of several. Sarah is committed to creating a safe space for caring, attentive touch, healing, and integration of the whole person.
